Grilled Shrimp
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  4. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
