- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil and mix until shrimp are evenly coated.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp to the grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through and lightly charred.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- Assemble tacos with desired toppings.
