- 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8-12 small flour tortillas
- Toppings of your choice (avocado, lettuce, tomato, etc.)
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp with the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin and salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers and place on the preheated grill. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Warm up the tortillas according to package instructions.
- Fill each tortilla with grilled shrimp and desired toppings.
- Serve warm.
