- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika and cayenne pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Thread the shrimp onto metal or wooden skewers.
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
- Serve hot.
