- 1 lb. jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Pour over the shrimp and toss to coat.
- Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Brush the garlic butter sauce over the cooked shrimp skewers.
