Ingredients
  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika and cayenne pepper.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto metal or wooden skewers.
  4. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are cooked through.
  6. Serve hot.
