- 2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and serve.
