Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon on the grill, skin side down. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan over medium heat, add the white wine and bring to a simmer. Simmer until reduced by half.
  5. Add the butter and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the grilled salmon with the white wine sauce.
