Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons wasabi paste
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, wasabi paste, ginger root and sesame oil. Place salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  3. Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard any remaining marinade. Grill salmon for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Serve with wasabi-ginger sauce on top.
