Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 pounds salmon

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder and cayenne pepper; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  2. Place salmon in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Brush salmon with olive oil mixture.
  4. Place into oven and bake until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork about 12-15 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
