- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 pounds salmon
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder and cayenne pepper; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place salmon in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush salmon with olive oil mixture.
- Place into oven and bake until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork about 12-15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
