Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together miso, honey, soy sauce and vinegar until combined.
  3. Brush salmon fillets with the miso glaze on both sides.
  4. Grill for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with additional miso glaze on the side.
