- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons white miso paste
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together miso, honey, soy sauce and vinegar until combined.
- Brush salmon fillets with the miso glaze on both sides.
- Grill for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve with additional miso glaze on the side.
