Ingredients
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps
  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with melted butter on both sides.
  4. Place the salmon on the preheated grill and cook for 6 minutes per side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine the melted butter and minced garlic.
  6. Remove the salmon from the grill and brush it with the lemon-garlic butter sauce.
  7. Serve immediately.
