Ingredients
  • 4 (5-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil.
  4. Grill salmon for 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, parsley, and dill.
  6. Serve salmon with lemon herb sauce.
