Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt and pepper.
  3. Brush salmon fillets with the mixture.
