- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add lemon juice, garlic powder and parsley flakes. Stir until combined.
- Brush salmon fillets with the butter mixture and place on the preheated grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve with remaining butter sauce.
