Ingredients
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, honey and parsley.
  4. Grill the salmon for 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. Brush the top of each fillet with the honey mustard sauce and serve.
