Ingredients
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon on the preheated grill and cook for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Add garlic, thyme, rosemary and salt. Stir to combine.
  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until fragrant.
  7. Remove from heat and keep warm until ready to serve.
  8. Serve salmon with herbed butter sauce.
