Ingredients
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a greased grill grate and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the lemon juice and salt and simmer for 1 minute.
  5. Remove from heat and pour over the cooked salmon.
  6. Serve immediately.
