- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in a shallow dish and pour marinade over the top. Turn to coat.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grate.
- Grill salmon for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve with garlic-herb sauce.
