Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper.
  2. Place salmon in a shallow dish and pour marinade over the top. Turn to coat.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grate.
  4. Grill salmon for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with garlic-herb sauce.
