- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- 2. Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Grill for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- 4. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- 5. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- 6. Stir in lemon juice and simmer until slightly reduced.
- 7. Remove from heat and pour over salmon before serving.
