Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Steps
  1. 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Brush salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. 4. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. 6. Stir in lemon juice and simmer until slightly reduced.
  7. 7. Remove from heat and pour over salmon before serving.
