- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in garlic and lemon juice. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Brush both sides of salmon with the garlic butter sauce.
- Grill salmon for 6-8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
