Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

Steps
  1. Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in garlic and lemon juice. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Brush both sides of salmon with the garlic butter sauce.
  4. Grill salmon for 6-8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley flakes before serving.
