- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander and paprika.
- Brush the mixture onto the salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon on the preheated grill and cook for 6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve with Coconut Sauce.
