Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander and paprika.
  3. Brush the mixture onto the salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the salmon on the preheated grill and cook for 6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with Coconut Sauce.
