Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil and salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. Top with mango salsa and serve.
