Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the butter, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the cilantro-lime butter. Grill the salmon for 4 minutes per side, or until just cooked through.
  4. Serve immediately with remaining cilantro-lime butter.
