- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- In a medium bowl, combine the butter, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Preheat a gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the cilantro-lime butter. Grill the salmon for 4 minutes per side, or until just cooked through.
- Serve immediately with remaining cilantro-lime butter.
