Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with melted butter.
  3. Place the salmon on the preheated grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  5. Add the lemon juice and parsley and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Drizzle the sauce over each salmon fillet before serving.
