- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with melted butter.
- Place the salmon on the preheated grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the lemon juice and parsley and simmer for 2 minutes.
