- 1 lb. salmon fillet
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the grill for medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillet with the marinade and place on the grill.
- Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and flake into large chunks.
- Warm up your tortillas in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fill each tortilla with salmon chunks and desired toppings.
- Serve immediately.
