Ingredients
  • 1 lb. salmon fillet
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill for medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the salmon fillet with the marinade and place on the grill.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat and flake into large chunks.
  6. Warm up your tortillas in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Fill each tortilla with salmon chunks and desired toppings.
  8. Serve immediately.
