Ingredients
  • 1 lb. salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8-10 small corn or flour tortillas

Steps
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the salmon with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the salmon for 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  4. Flake the salmon into small pieces.
  5. Warm the tortillas on the grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
  6. Assemble the tacos by topping each tortilla with a few pieces of salmon and a dollop of avocado crema (recipe below).
