- 1 lb. salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8-10 small corn or flour tortillas
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub the salmon with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Grill the salmon for 5-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
- Flake the salmon into small pieces.
- Warm the tortillas on the grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
- Assemble the tacos by topping each tortilla with a few pieces of salmon and a dollop of avocado crema (recipe below).
