- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage or lettuce
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cumin and salt and pepper.
- Rub the salmon with the olive oil then sprinkle the spice mixture over both sides of the salmon.
- Grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Assemble tacos by adding grilled salmon, cabbage or lettuce and avocado cilantro sauce onto each tortilla.
- Serve immediately.
