- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 pounds salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, pepper and salt.
- Add the salmon cubes and toss to coat.
- Thread the salmon onto 8-10 skewers and place on a greased grill over medium heat.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
