Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 pounds salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, pepper and salt.
  2. Add the salmon cubes and toss to coat.
  3. Thread the salmon onto 8-10 skewers and place on a greased grill over medium heat.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve with your favorite side dish.
