- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Heat a grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the salmon with the marinade.
- Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
