- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with garlic powder and salt and pepper.
- Grill salmon for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and red onion.
- Top salad with grilled salmon.
- Drizzle with lemon vinaigrette and serve.
