Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with garlic powder and salt and pepper.
  3. Grill salmon for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and red onion.
  5. Top salad with grilled salmon.
  6. Drizzle with lemon vinaigrette and serve.
