Ingredients
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and thyme; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a plate or shallow baking dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets and turn to coat.
  4. Lightly oil the grill grate.
  5. Place salmon fillets on the grill and cook until golden brown and slightly charred, about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
