- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano and thyme; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Place salmon fillets on a plate or shallow baking dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillets and turn to coat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate.
- Place salmon fillets on the grill and cook until golden brown and slightly charred, about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
