Ingredients
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the salmon into small cubes, and add to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  5. Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill patties for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
