Ingredients
  • 1 lb. salmon, skin removed
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine salmon, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, lemon juice, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Form mixture into four patties.
  3. Heat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  4. Grill patties for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  5. Serve with Lemon Aioli.
  6. Enjoy!
