- 1 lb. salmon, skin removed
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine salmon, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, lemon juice, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
- Form mixture into four patties.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Grill patties for 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Serve with Lemon Aioli.
