Ingredients
  • 1 lb. salmon fillet, skin removed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Form into four patties and place on the preheated grill.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes per side or until the burgers are cooked through.
  4. Serve on toasted buns with avocado salsa (recipe follows).
