- 1 lb. salmon fillet, skin removed
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
- In a medium bowl, combine the salmon, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Form into four patties and place on the preheated grill.
- Cook for 5 minutes per side or until the burgers are cooked through.
- Serve on toasted buns with avocado salsa (recipe follows).
