- 2 heads romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 avocado, pitted and diced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut romaine in half lengthwise and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
- Place romaine halves on preheated grill. Grill for 5 minutes, or until lettuce is slightly charred.
- Remove from grill and let cool.
- Chop lettuce into small pieces and place in a large bowl. Add avocado and feta cheese, toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
