Ingredients
  • 2 heads romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 avocado, pitted and diced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Steps
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut romaine in half lengthwise and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
  3. Place romaine halves on preheated grill. Grill for 5 minutes, or until lettuce is slightly charred.
  4. Remove from grill and let cool.
  5. Chop lettuce into small pieces and place in a large bowl. Add avocado and feta cheese, toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately.
